Are my invoices saved?
Yes, automatically, in your own browser on this device. Open "Saved invoices" to reopen an old invoice or copy it into a new one for a repeat client. Your business details and logo carry over when you start a new invoice, and the invoice number counts up for you. Clearing your browser data removes them, so keep the PDFs you send.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP in the Your Business section. It is resized automatically, shows on the invoice right away and is included in the PDF.
How do taxes, discounts and deposits work?
Enter a tax rate and name it (Sales Tax, VAT, GST and so on), and untick "Taxable" on any line that is exempt. Discounts can be a percentage or a flat amount and are applied before tax. Add shipping, and if the client already paid a deposit, enter it under Amount paid to show the balance due.
What currencies and paper sizes are supported?
More than 20 currencies, including USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, MXN, INR, CHF, JPY and more, each with the right symbol and decimal places. Choose US Letter or A4 paper.
How do I print the invoice?
Click Print. Only the clean invoice prints, across as many pages as it needs, with the navigation and buttons hidden. You can also choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
How do I send the invoice to my client?
Download the PDF and attach it to an email, or print it and mail it. The PDF is ready to use as-is.
