2 Take the photo
- Stand about 4 feet in front of a plain white or off-white wall with nothing on it.
- Face a window or soft light so there are no shadows on your face or the wall.
- Have someone else hold the phone at your eye height.
- Take off glasses and hats. Look straight at the camera, eyes open, mouth closed.
For the sharpest print, take the photo with your phone's camera app, then choose Upload.
