How to Write Cursive Capital B
Stroke Instructions
Start at the baseline. Make a tall upward stroke to the top line. From the top, loop to the right making two bumps — one from the top line to the midline, and another from the midline to the baseline. The bumps should be rounded and roughly equal in size.
Tips for Success
- Both bumps should be smooth and rounded
- The tall initial stroke can be straight or have a slight lean
- The bumps should stack evenly — top bump slightly above midline, bottom bump slightly below
- End with a connection stroke at the baseline
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bumps being uneven in size
- Not reaching the top line
- The bumps being angular instead of smooth
