Chloe starts with the challenge of connecting a capital C into an h, which requires a low bridge between a curved letter and a tall one. The rest of the name flows easily. The oe ending has a nice open feel.

These letter pairs need extra attention. Here's how to connect them smoothly.
The C ends with a short rightward stroke at the baseline. From there, push up into the h's tall stem.
The h's final hump connects to the l's upstroke. Both are tall letters, so keep them at equal height.
Close the o fully, then carry the connecting stroke into the e's curve.
The Ch start is the hardest part. Practice that connection repeatedly.
The h and l should be the same height. They frame the center of the name.
End the e with a clean horizontal finish, not a dangling tail.
